But there are some practical and legal reasons why it's preferable to bundle such 'support' options with a minor piece of content. Right now I want to put everything I add into the 'base game', so the DLC is not a way to gate any additions behind additional purchases. It will have some symbolic content (banner sigils), but mostly serve as an option for players to support my efforts. I expect to add 'support the dev' DLC any day now.
